Refused Shipments
If our shipment is refused or fails to be accepted for any reason, there will be
a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charge.

Return and Exchange Policy
We refund and exchange 100% minus the shipping & handling for any unopened and unworn
jewelry within 30 days of receipt date. Before you ship the product back to us, please
e-mail us at: sales at ellsi dot com to get the Return
Authorization Number (RA#). Please indicate Transaction ID located in the packing slip
that come in the package and full name.
